Resources

How can you redefine, rebuild, and reconnect what you or your organization does when it comes to health and health care?

The resources on this page can be a great starting point to help get the conversation started, and generate some ideas about how we might change our picture of health.

We’re going to be building this ‘tool box’ over time, so if you have some ideas or some resources that you like to use that can be adapted, please do and tell us about them. Feel free to leave your comments or questions about the tools below.
